SCOTLAND’S LARGEST OPEN-AIR YOGA SESSION TO BE HELD IN EDINBURGH
Edinburgh’s premier hot yoga studio, Hot Yoga Edinburgh, is teaming up with international yoga brand Lululemon in leading Scotland’s largest open-air yoga class this Sunday (18th June). People of all ages and abilities are invited to take part in the FREE Moksha-inspired lesson (similar to Hatha Yoga) – a warm-up for International Yoga Day on 21st June – which will take place on Conference Square in the city centre, with space for 250 mats!
Date: Sunday 18th June 2017
Time: 12-1pm
Venue: Hot Yoga Edinburgh, 2 Ladyfield, EH3 8EZ
Guided by Hot Yoga Edinburgh’s Allison Harrison, with one-to-one help from fellow instructors so each student can reach their own maximum stretch, the class will include a standing, balancing and floor sequence. Donations will be taken for Victim Support, raising money for victims of both the Manchester and London attacks, and CARE International UK, supporting refugees and displaced people around the globe.
Yoga brand Lululemon will be bringing a Capsule collection of their latest yoga wear, along with mats for those who don’t have one. Tea purveyors Eteaket will be supplying free tea for everyone taking part and Vita Coco will be giving away revitalising coconut water. Hot Yoga Edinburgh will also be offering all participants a 15% discount on a Single Monthly Unlimited Pass (normally £95).
Places can be secured by booking online via Hot Yoga Edinburgh’s website or Facebook page: www.hotyogaedinburgh.com / @hotyogaedinburgh
